Erny Memorial Senior Secondary School
Since 1985
A Legacy of Academic Excellence
Erny Memorial Senior Secondary School was founded in 1985 by Sh. Ramesh Erny with a singular vision: to provide quality education to every child of Prayagraj, irrespective of background.
Starting with just a few classrooms, the school has grown into one of the most respected CBSE-affiliated institutions in Uttar Pradesh — Affiliation No. 2130725.
Our alumni include IITians, doctors, IAS officers, entrepreneurs, and athletes who continue to make us proud every day.
Our Mission
We believe that a happy child is a successful one. We are committed to providing a positive, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn, where all are valued. We intend that all children should enjoy their learning, achieve their potential and become independent life-long learners.
Our Vision
Our vision is to develop well rounded, confident and responsible individuals who aspire to achieve their full potential. We will do this by providing a welcoming, happy, safe, and supportive learning environment in which everyone is equal and all achievements are celebrated.
Dear Friends of Erny Memorial,
It is with deep gratitude to the Almighty and immense pride that I address you as the Chairman of Erny Memorial Senior Secondary School — an institution I had the privilege of founding in 1985.
When we laid the foundation of this school on Stanley Road, Prayagraj, we had one dream: to create a place where every child could receive the quality education they deserve — regardless of their background or economic status. Nearly four decades later, I am overwhelmed to see how that dream has blossomed.
Today, Erny Memorial stands as one of Prayagraj’s most trusted CBSE-affiliated schools, with over 2,800 students, 150+ dedicated faculty members, and alumni spread across every corner of India and the world. Our students have become doctors, engineers, IAS officers, entrepreneurs, scientists, and artists. Every one of their achievements is a testament to the power of education and the dedication of our teachers.
We have always believed that a school is more than a place of academic learning. It is a place where values are formed, friendships are forged, and futures are built. At EMS, we nurture not just the mind but the heart and the spirit.
I am grateful to every parent who has trusted us with their child, every teacher who has given their best, and every student who has carried the EMS flag high.
As we look to the future, our commitment remains unchanged: to provide the best possible education in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment.
With blessings and warm regards,
We are committed to providing the best administrative support and infrastructure for all our students and staff.
